Sony PDA

Sony is a respected international technology company. So when they put their Sony PDAs on the market, the PDAs needed to live up to Sony's high standards.
A Sony PDA contains a number of features common to all PDAs. A touchscreen is standard, as is an included stylus. Many high-end Sony PDAs also include a thumbwheel that serves the same function as a mouse, as well as a built-in keyboard. Sony PDA keyboards are QWERTY. Sony PDAs walk a fine line between compacting the keyboard to a portable size, while still being large enough for fingers and thumbs to manipulate.
The display screen of a Sony PDA varies according to cost. Most Sony PDAs have color screens, although older models still have black-and-white displays. As color technology becomes more common, however, color screens will be more common than not on a Sony PDA. |
Many high-end Sony PDAs include Internet connectivity. This is done through a Wi-Fi system, which Sony PDA cell phones use to connect to a Bluetooth device. This Internet connectivity also allows Sony PDAs access to e-mail and potentially other computers. This is very useful when a user wishes to synchronize their PDA and personal computer.
